As we traversed the diverse landscapes of Australasia and Europe, our hearts were filled with the dream of one day possessing our very own piece of paradise. As an adventurous family, we embarked on journeys that led us to remote corners of the world, from Tonga and the secluded islands off Sulawesi to various regions across Asia, Europe, and America. Our escapades ranged from exploring the depths of the ocean, swimming with majestic whales, sharks, and turtles, to conquering towering mountain peaks, braving via ferrata routes, and embarking on multi-day mountain treks. These rugged environments forged an unwavering desire within us—to discover a pristine haven to call our own.

The Calling of Daintree Wilderness Lodge

When the opportunity to acquire the Daintree Wilderness Lodge presented itself, we were captivated by its allure. Our hearts were immediately captured by the vision of safeguarding this World Heritage Listed area for the sake of our children and generations yet to come.

Cultivating A Sanctuary for All

This labour of love has since grown alongside our family, evolving into a heartfelt endeavour. Our mission is to establish a sanctuary, a refuge where all who visit can form a profound connection with the indigenous wildlife and the environment. We aspire for every guest to depart from the Lodge not only refreshed and rejuvenated but also transformed into advocates for the ancient and delicate ecosystem known as the Daintree Rainforest.
