North of the Daintree River

This driving Tour can pick you up at the Lodge on the morning of your tour if requested. Learn about Kuku Yalanji country, culturally significant sights, different bush foods and medicines. This tour stops for guided walks in different environments including a beach walk, a rainforest walk and a swim in a freshwater creek. Sample some seasonal bush tucker while appreciating the history, culture and traditions.

South of the Daintree River

Walk through the rainforest and coastal habitats, learning about the different environments, different foods, and medicines utilised from nature, sample some seasonal bush tucker, collect shellfish and learn traditional Aboriginal hunting practices, have a go at spear throwing and if you are lucky, catch a mud crab. Complete the adventure by cooling off in a pristine freshwater stream. Primarily explores the region around Mossman, including the Mossman Gorge, a local beach ie Wonga or Cooya Beach coastal environment.

Booking

Price is $245 per person for full day tours from 8:00am to 4:30/5:30pm (includes morning tea and lunch). Bookings can be made at the Lodge or earlier online to ensure a spot.
