Children: Children over 10 years of age are welcome. Rates as per adult.

Check-in time: 2.00 pm. Check-out time: 10.00 am.

Reception Hours: 8am to 8pm Management however are on site at all times

Credit cards facilities are available: All major credit cards accepted and EFTPOS.

Off-grid Lodge: We are an off-grid, solar-powered, low-impact, sustainable stay, so our practices within the Lodge are designed to reduce resource consumption and our footprint on this environment.  As a conscientious traveller, we hope you enjoy and embrace this sustainable practice.

Late Arrivals: Please let us know if you will be arriving late so that we can provide you with late check-in directions

Transport: We strongly recommend guests have their own vehicle to explore the region as no public transport, taxis or transfers are available in the region. The Lodge is unable to provide any transport for clients to access the regions sites, restaurants, or attractions – please note the Lodge restaurant does not operate for lunch. All guests driving to the area should be aware the ferry costs $47 per vehicle return (subject to council increase).It is vital to advise of any dietary requirements prior to arrival due to limited access to food supplies.

Travel Insurance: As with any remote destination holidays, we recommend that guests be protected with comprehensive travel insurance should you require medical evacuation etc

Terms of Trade

Early Arrivals: Check-in time is 2.00 pm. Early check-in may be available subject to availability with no charge

Late Departures: Check-out time is 10.00 am. Late check out is subject to availability and there is no charge

Payment: All reservations will be held only if full pre-payment is received in Australian dollars unless credit facilities have been previously arranged.

On Arrival: Guests to present agent’s ” Paid in Full” voucher on check-in to the property.

Late Bookings: Where booking is less than 14 days prior to arrival and credit facilities have not been established, full payment is required immediately in Australian dollars and a copy of the Credit Card authorization must be emailed to guarantee the reservation. Payment can also be transferred into our Bank Account.

Cancellation Fees: Cancellations inside of 30 days incur 100% cancellation fee.

No Shows: 100% of stay will be billed.

Early Departures: 100% of stay will be billed to agent with no refund of any part of the stay available.

WiFi: The lodge runs on satellite Internet with limited data so we ask our guests to be mindful of that when using the Internet and not to download movies, stream videos, etc. Wifi is available free of charge in the restaurant area.

Special Note: All rates are subject to increase in the case of Government levies or taxation.

Weather Policy: No responsibility will be accepted for adverse weather conditions. All guests are encouraged to organize a travel insurance policy.
